WATER! WATER!

How much is the correct amount of water to drink per day?  What is the best method of supply? 

The most important technique is to drink small amounts often, not large amounts infrequently.  Half liter bottles kept available and sipped all day long will do more for hydration than the clichéd “8 glasses per day.”  The exact amount is not nearly as important as how you take in the water.

Think of yourself as that very dry, hard ground in a neglected garden.  Pour a bucket of water on it and much of it will just run off, never getting down into the ground.  Leave a drip hose on it and you will return your garden to health.  Takes longer but much greater benefits!
