NEW YEAR BRINGS NEW DIET
So what is the new diet of the 2016? Will it be, zone, carb free, not to mix carb and protein? Ultimately, there is no IT diet.
The only diet that will work for you is the one that is designed for you. Typically, the patient and myself will arrive at the best diet within 4 weeks of trial in food groups and timing. Weight loss is the new year resolution, but health and proper body composition, fat vs lean, should be the goal.
Add in the exercise and you are well on your way to health, fitness.
