COLD SHOWER!

shower_head.jpgWinter is upon us in both temperature and snow!  It feels best to think about that HOT shower to warmup and relax.  A word to the wise is that the hot water temp, while relaxing will dry out your skin.  This adds to the frequency of itching, cracking and all other symptoms associated with dry skin. These are all signs of dehydration.  I am not saying a COLD shower, just cool, under 100 degrees.

Your skin is your largest “organ” and deserves better care.  Putting lotion on is topical and works temporarily from the outside - in. Cooling off the shower works from the inside out and will keep you healthy and fit!
