GARGLING TO THE RESCUE

Just a brief reminder that it is THAT-TIME-OF-YEAR!  The time when cold and flu viruses attack and we are caught with compromised immune systems.

A simple help is gargling daily with warm water and cider vinegar.  About 2/3 water and 1/3 vinegar, it needs to taste like vinegar, however, full strength is not necessary.

Cider vinegar helps boost immunity, aid digestion and is naturally antimicrobial amongst other positive aids to our systems.  It is easily accessible, not expensive and easy to administer.

Once a day when feeling well during this season is good.  When NOT feeling well you can gargle 4-8 times a day.

The cider vinegar does not actually kill off viruses or microbes. However, it does make your throat a less hospitable place for those in the micro world to live.

Give this a try.
