PRIME THE ENGINE, YOUR ENGINE

A simple but often forgotten health tip, stretch before you change a prolonged position.  This is most important first thing in the morning upon rising.  Before you get out of bed you need to reach with your arms and legs.  Rock your body and sit on the edge of the bed for a few moments.  Watch a baby wake or tier, they have this down to an instinctive science.

Upon getting out of the car at the end of a long drive, stretch the arms and legs with the same reaching technique.  Tighten the extremity muscle as in isometrics. 

Prime that engine, BODY, of yours before and you will reduce your chances of spasm and pain.
