FALL INTO A NEW WORKOUT
Autumn can be a great time to alter your workout and adjust for outdoor light and change of season. It is best to alter your workout about 4 times a year to avoid becoming stale and less interested in your activity.
Number and speed of reps and sets. Order of exercises. Type, from free weight to machines or TRX straps.
Add a class or change class. Yoga to Pilates or bare class.
Change up what you are doing but remain consistent that you ARE DOING!
