It seems that most days a common question is “Which is the best pillow for me to use?”
It is a challenge and we are used to seeing ads and hearing testimonials about how this pillow changed my life. I will tell the truth ----There is no such pillow. There is, however, many pillows that will do the job.
It is not “THE” pillow you choose, it is the pillows you choose to alternate. It is more about change than it is about the pillow. You may find a pillow that allows you to have the first full night sleep you have had in months. You then determine that there is something special about that pillow. The fact is, that pillow is different than your “usual” pillow and just change alone is the factor in relief. There is something to be said for having multiple pillows available on your bed. Changing up every few weeks is the best course of action.
Of course, there will be pillows that are uncomfortable for you, overall having 3 to circulate will keep you comfortable and sleeping with less morning pain. There you have it, MYSTERY SOLVED.
