THE LEARNING CURVE

It is end of spring semester at most colleges and universities.  I will give my class their final next week.  This past class, we reviewed for the cumulative final.  I showed the class videos from the first 2 weeks of class and let them realize how differently they were able to analyze the action and determine body movement. It is an anatomy and kinesiology course.  I reminded them that when first shown the videos it seemed impossible for them to see what I was pointing out.  Now they can see those details and more!  LEARNING CURVE.

The same is true of your health and fitness and changes needing to be made.  Diet changes, exercise changes, lifestyle changes they must all become routine to you for them to have full affect.  This takes time, maybe the same time as a 15-week semester or longer.  Small steps and modifications to match your lifestyle will help.  This is what we do best.  Transfer the daily care to you in a way that it is just what you do, not a separate chore.

So do not despair, if you are losing weight slowly or taking “too much” time to get in bathing suit shape.  There is a LEARNING CURVE and you need to be persistent.  We can help.
