It is now 2020! Every year we all make a few “RESOLUTIONS” or GOALS for the year to come. Usually, committed for 2 weeks, good for 2 weeks, not bad for 2 more. This is followed by forgotten. The best course of action is to limit the time of commitment. Only commit for 1 day and repeat daily. Also, make your promises to yourself reasonable and easy to attain.
