#MINIMIZE WEIGHT GAIN
The last of the summer weekends is about to begin. This usually means beach, parties, BBQ’s. Increased amounts of food and increased frequency of input.
The tip here is simple. Remain a small amount hungry all day every day. Just a small amount. That means stop input when you feel like you could easily eat just one more slider or that last bit of lobster roll or one more refill of margarita.
This last weekend, enjoy all that is offered, concentrate on limiting quantity. You will enhance your enjoyment during and certainly after.
